The access is through a web browser and requires no additional software – whether used for training or project management.

   

Applications based on this architecture for knowledge building enable all actors to move from information sharing to co-ordination and co-operation. In this way data, information and knowledge moves from the private work-place towards a shared area of knowledge (see next illustration).
