Development of a sustainable business concept for vocational training in Latvia

On behalf of German Technical Cooperation, GTZ, Hoffmann&Reif developed a business concept for a vocational training institution in Latvia. Furthermore an e-learning platform based on open source technology was provided.

The institution for vocational training BBZV and the Vizdeme University College are addressing the national and international markets with blended learning programmes in the field of Electronics, Business & Admininistration and Metallurgical Processing.

• Management of an e-learning institution and change management
• Introduction of an e-learning platform
• Blended learning instruction and tutoring
• Budget planning
