TAHR^TM is a roadmap for setting up eLearning services. It provides a set of paths which are chosen by the stakeholders according to their requirements. TAHR^TM provides ready made templates and procedures which streamline an eLearning project and allow to deliver results quickly and efficiently. Its application leads to, e.g.:

1. multiple types of educational service offers, e.g. containing customized third party content (e.g. MIT OpenCourseware), e-tutoring and e-mentoring as learner support and self-published instructional content
2. ready to deploy course templates for different learning scenarios (e.g. open distance learning courses, tutor led courses), compliant with SCORM and CISCO RLO
3. quality assurance instruments for teaching services
4. content development templates facilitating single source publishing with an automated transformation process for online, offline and print content

The TAHR operating procedure is author and teacher centered. It helps stakeholders to control the work processes right from the beginning of a project until the delivery of final results.

TAHR^TM enabling procedure for authors and teachers

The instructional models provided can be applied quickly by those already familiar with the delivery of face-to-face instruction. Clearly described procedures help teaching professionals to apply the TAHR^TM modularisation strategy for legacy content and new content. On average the competencies are acquired by teaching professionals within a 3-5 days seminar, depending on the instructional subject and skills.
